An NADDC-certified assembly facility and precision engineering factory on Plot 1077, Off Atiku Abubakar Way, Industrial Area 1 and Extension, Idu Industrial District. Every KARYA sold in Nigeria is assembled here, alongside our CNC, milling and lathe machine shop.
SKD assembly, done to the VIAR standard
Semi-knocked-down kits arrive from VIAR in Indonesia with engines already built and tested. At Idu, our technicians — trained at VIAR's plant in Semarang — inspect, assemble and finish every unit following the VIAR installation SOP.
Each tricycle is road-tested before its engine and chassis numbers are logged in our finished-goods register, so every unit that leaves the plant is traceable.
Kit inspection
Every SKD kit and engine is checked against the packing list before it enters the line.
Engine installation
Factory-built engines are mounted to the chassis by VIAR-trained technicians.
Body & finishing
Cargo bed, cabin, wiring and trim assembled to the VIAR SOP.
Quality check & registration
Road test, then engine and chassis numbers logged in the finished-goods register.
