What it takes to become a Zeetin dealer — and what you get in return

ABUJA — Zeetin Technologies is appointing authorised dealers for the VIAR KARYA range, starting with territories within reach of its Idu plant — the Federal Capital Territory, Nasarawa, Niger and Benue — and taking expressions of interest from other states.

Who qualifies

A registered business with CAC and TIN documents; a showroom or shop where units can be displayed and stored securely; and a plan for after-sales, whether an in-house workshop or a partner mechanic. Experience selling motorcycles, tricycles or vehicles is an advantage, but a strong trading business with the right premises and customer base is equally welcome.

What dealers receive

• A dealer discount of 8 per cent off retail
• Locally assembled stock from Idu — shorter lead times, reliable supply
• Warranty, free services and genuine VIAR parts for customers
• Product and sales training, signage, flyers and launch marketing support
• Both models — the KARYA 150 RLn and 200 Ln — in black, red and blue

The process, in ten steps

1. Contact Zeetin for the dealer pack: +234 706 170 0112, +234 704 530 9440 or info@zeetin.com.
2. Apply on the Dealer Registration Form ZEL-DR-01, online or as a PDF.
3. Submit documents: CAC certificate and status report, TIN, directors' ID, proof of address, bank reference, premises photographs.
4. Review and site visit by Zeetin.
5. Sign the Dealer Purchase Agreement (ZEL-DPA) on approval.
6. Reserve units with a Pre-Order Form; colours are allocated in order of confirmed payment.
7. Order and pay against a pro-forma invoice, by transfer to the Zeetin Technologies company account only (Ecobank, 2510053980).
8. Training and branding for sales and service staff.
9. Inspect and collect at Idu within seven business days; verify engine and chassis numbers and sign the Delivery Note.
10. Sell and register every warranty with Zeetin within seven days, with a monthly sales report.
